    Dosis
    • Dewasa : 1 - 2 g/hr (1 atau 2 kali sehari)
    • Anak-anak : 25 - 50 mg/kg BB/hr (dalam 2 dosis terbagi
    Indikasi

    Infeksi saluran napas, Infeksi kulit dan jaringan lunak, Infeksi saluran kemih dan kelamin

    Perhatian

    Diketahui alergi thd penisilin. Ggn fngsi ginjal, kolitis. Dpt menyebabkan hasil positif palsu pd tes Coombs & tes glukosa urin yg menggunakan lar Benedict atau Fehling. Hamil. Bayi prematur.

    Efek Samping
    Gangguan saluran pencernaan (keram perut, nyeri, mual, muntah, dan diare) dan reaksi hipersensitivitas (ruam kulit, merah-merah, gatal-gatal) dapat terjadi. Gejala kolitis pseudomembran dapat timbul selama pengobatan.

    Simpan obat ditempat yang sejuk ( tidak lebih dari 30°C ) dan kering, serta terhindar dari sinar matahari langsung. Jauhkan dari jangkauan anak-anak.
